AI receptionist for NDIS providers
Clinton is an AI receptionist on your existing number.
Nobody's job changes. He only exists in the seconds after nobody has picked up.

Setting up your live call — one sec.
He asks what you'd ask. It's on your phone before they hang up.
Word-for-word transcript in your inbox — standard, every call.
Clinton
Put your number in. If he's not up to it, you've lost two minutes.
He mishears the odd name and never promises capacity — the transcript catches both.
Month to month, no lock-in, cancel any time. You keep your existing number.
No — and no phone software is. Clinton is a receptionist on your line, not a funded support, and nothing about him is endorsed by the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Registration, and everything that comes with it, stays with you. What we have done is build his configuration around the way NDIS providers actually take calls. That is a design decision on our part, not a tick from anybody. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out later.
Your call — most providers keep answering like normal, and Clinton only steps in when nobody can get to the phone. After a few rings, instead of going to voicemail, the call rolls to Clinton. Over the weekend, through a shutdown, or when the whole team is on shift, you can send everything his way. You set the rules, and you can change them any time.
He's set up by hand for your service before he takes a single call — your services, your questions, the areas you cover, the referrals you can't take. So when a support coordinator rings about a participant needing daily personal care in Figtree, he asks what an intake officer would ask instead of taking a vague message. He is not a generic bot with your logo on it.
Clinton only collects what you'd collect on a first call, and only what you've told him to ask for. Every call is transcribed and emailed to you, so there's a written record of exactly what was said. He is not a place to store participant records — treat him as your front desk and keep your records where you keep them now. If your policies require a recording notice, he can announce at the start of the call that he's an assistant and that the call may be recorded.
You keep your existing number, and most services are live within about 24 hours. We do the setup with you.
Michael rings you back. Clinton is live on your number in about a day.
